Check out Automagik’s new video for Teleportation Blues
Today we’re venturing a little further into Southern Ohio than usual to share a band that’s gotten on our radar recently. Automagik is a three piece (five piece live) group from Cincinnati. Mixing some sugary-sweet, extra-caffeinated power pop, guitars that would make Brian May proud, some unpredictable arrangements and Zeppelin/Mars Volta-esque vocals, Automagik demand your ear’s attention right out the gate.
The band just released a video for their song “Teleportation Blues,” directed by Drew Arnold. It’s all shot GoPro-style, making things about as hectic as the band themselves sound. The camera view gets tossed around and the edits are pretty seamless. It’s an awesome video, but if you get motion sickness easily, maybe watch it in parts, yeah?
