New Music from Animal Collective
In the wake of this weekend’s supermoon, Animal Collective released two new songs. Coincidence? Yeah, probably. The two tracks, “Honeycomb” and “Gotham,” are available to stream here, and will be released as a 7″ single on June 26.
Also, if you weren’t already aware, Animal Collective has a website dedicated to their Transverse Temporal Gyrus installation (with Danny Perez) at the Guggenheim. Each time you stream the piece, you get a new experience. Pretty cool! You can also listen to it as it was performed at the Guggenheim on YouTube, below.
