Metal Monday: Cleveland stop confirmed for Summer Slaughter 2012

As was speculated by myself and the majority of Ohio metalheads, the Summer Slaughter Tour WILL be making a stop in the Buckeye State this summer — and it’ll even be nearby! A list of dates was officially released last week, and while promoters chose just one concert for Ohio, they fortunately enough went with Aug. 14 at the House of Blues in Cleveland. Booyah! Here’s a complete list of dates confirmed so far:

7/20- Los Angeles, CA @ House of Blues
7/21- San Diego, CA @ SOMA
7/22- Las Vegas, NV @ House of Blues
7/23- Scottsdale, AZ @ Venue of Scottsdale

8/22- Seattle, WA @ The Showbox Sodo
8/23- Portland, OR @ Roseland Theater
8/24- San Francisco, CA @ The Fillmore
8/25- Anaheim, CA @ The Grove

This is one one of the most anticipated metal festivals of the summer concert season, and that’s possibly because Cannibal Corpse, Between the Buried and Me, The Faceless, Periphery, Veil Of Maya, Job for a Cowboy, Goatwhore, Exhumed, Cerebral Bore and others are expected to destroy everything in their path! Stay tuned to Nasty Fancy as we’ll be sure to share any other updates about the tour as we hear about them. Metal!!!

As a bonus and to get you in the proper mood, here’s a taste of Job for a Cowboy’s new album, Demonocracy, released earlier this month.
